Dr. Biswarup Ghosh

Dr. Ghosh is a board-certified psychiatrist with over a decade of experience across various psychiatric settings. Embracing a holistic approach to mental health, he views the mind, body and spirit as interconnected facets of wellness. His collaborative treatment plans are tailored to each individual's needs, combining psychotherapy, medication management and lifestyle interventions. Dr. Ghosh believes in using medication as a tool to enhance life—reducing symptoms and fostering motivation for a healthy lifestyle and positive outlook. Actively involved in academic psychiatry, he trains future psychiatrists and volunteer as faculty at the department of psychiatry at Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.

Lynn Keohane

Ms. Keohane, a licensed clinical social worker, offers outpatient mental health treatment. With a strong commitment to destigmatizing mental health, she brings several years of experience working with a range of mental health disorders. Her expertise includes DBT, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, crisis intervention, solution-focused, motivational interviewing and schema therapy. Her therapeutic approach focuses on forming authentic alliances with clients, guiding them towards compassion and acceptance. She believes in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood and valued as individuals. Collaboratively, Ms. Keohane and her clients develop personalized treatment plans to address specific goals and challenges, ensuring a journey towards holistic well-being.

Allyson Yelich

Ms. Yelich is a licensed master social worker who provides individualized treatment to support clients through life's challenges. She takes a person-centered, holistic approach to therapy—emphasizing validation and reflection to create a safe and encouraging space for exploring emotions and experiences. With experience in empirically based treatments like DBT, ACT, and Schema therapy, she specializes in working with individuals dealing with eating disorders, disordered eating behaviors, body image issues, trauma, personality disorders, attachment, anxiety and depression. She is skilled in assisting clients with communication, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and mindfulness. She values the therapeutic relationship deeply, aiming to be a supportive presence for her clients during both joyful and challenging times.
